Home Our Process

Like Concrete but different.

All our homeware is hand-cast by us in our tiny studio in South London using our unique mix of cement, sand & recycled by-products from iron making.

Each piece, whether it be one of our hand-cast plant pots, a wine cooler or a candle holder is completely unique with no two pieces ever coming out the same.

Our mix is prepared and poured into their moulds. They are then left to air dry in their moulds for up to 3 days depending on the size of the piece. Throughout this process we keep the exposed side lightly moist by dampening with a cloth daily to prevent shrinkage. Once fully set, they are removed from the moulds and two layers of stone sealant are applied to protect the surfaces and make them water resistant.
